Hi everyone,
I miss you all already. I hope you are adjusting well with Mrs. Dowler. I have given her all my lesson plans, tests, projects for you all to do this upcoming 9 weeks. I have also included some notes in your packet. It's size 10 font but hey, it will work :-) This is the final week of the 9 weeks and you all took your final and did your conversations on Friday.
I heard you all did well, Austin I am very sorry that your partner just left you. I know that might have made your conversation very difficult to complete.
I had to make some adjustments to the schedule because 7th grade testing messed up 8th grade. If you have any questions, please make a comment or you can e mail me at tarrel.jerry@cobbk12.org. I check my e mail almost everyday. I might not answer Thursday and Friday since the baby will be here on Thursday.
The pages in the packet are in order according to days. They are not numbered but you will not flip from front to back and back to front.

Students will be taking their Para Empezar test today. This test will cover everything that we have covered for the first 9 weeks. Test topics include: hello; goodbye; where from; definite/indefinite articles; SER; pronouns; days; months of the year.
8-1 did not get to take their test so they will take it tomorrow.

8-1 will take end of unit test and begin Flash Cards. FINISH FOR HW
8-2 Begin creating flash cards with the vocabulary for this unit.
INSTRUCTINS FOR Flash Cards- make 20 flash cards that will include all the classes, the verb tener and its conjugated forms. On FRONT side of the flash card, write the word in Spanish. On the BACKSIDE- DRAW a picture to represent the meaning of the word. The picture should be colorful and actually represent the word. On the bottom of the drawing, write the English meaning of the word.
