We are still working on our EOC projects. The 1st part is due on Wednesday of this week. Part 2 will be delayed due to Field DAy on the 12th. Instead of being due on the 12th, the brochure will be due the 13th. Everything else stays the same.

final exams will be given according to the schedule we have been given. The final will be multiple choice, short answers and reading passages.

1) "a" infront of a person's name tells you they are receiving an action.

2) I.O.P- me te le les and nos goes infront of the verb if only 1 verb in sentence

3) I.O.P is attached to 2nd unconjugated verb if 2 verbs present in sentence.

La Semana: el 31 de marzo

This is a short week for us. We have completed unit 4 and are going to move into unit 5 after spring break next week.

This week (friday)  we have our unit test which will cover

La Semana: el 17 de marzo

I have changed this week's quiz to tuesday. We need just a little more practice with clothing and colors before you are quizzed.

El Lunes

EQ: ¿Qué ropa llevas?

1)      Warm – up answer questions on board- ¿Qué ropa lleva srta Jerry?, ¿Quién lleva una camiseta blanca? ¿Quién lleva pantalones cortos? ¿Qué ropa llevas a una boda? ¿Cuantas personas llevan vaqueros negros?

2)      Coloreamos la familia- students received crayons of all the colors taught and spent time coloring what each member of the family is wearing.

3)      Sentences to practice- Using the chart with the 3 different categories, students had to say what the person was wearing, and what color each item was using the cues given.

El martes-

EQ: ¿Qué ropa llevas?

1)      Warm-up Answer ¿Qué ropa llevas tú? ¿Qué lleva Santa Claus? ¿Qué lleva___________  ¿Quién lleva una camiseta roja? ¿Qué ropa llevas cuando vas a una boda?

2)      Class mixer- students were given a small piece of paper telling them what article of clothing they are wearing along with 4 other people to find. They must go around the room asking each other if they are wearing different articles of clothing. They must the log who is wearing what on their detective paper.

3)      Prueba- la ropa, colores, llevar (20 minutes)

FLIP BOOKS ARE DUE EL 11 DE MARZO.

1) TAKE 4 PIECES OF WHITE PAPER. SPACE THEM OUT SIDEWAYS. THEN FOLD IT OVER TO CREATE FLAPS. (YOU SHOULD HAVE SEVEN TOTAL)

2) TITLE YOUR FLIPBOOK "MI VISITA A ESPANA (~ on the n)

- you need to have 2 sentences on each flap for a total of 14 sentences. You sentences need to be on the outside.

-in your sentences say where you want to go in Spain and what you plan to do. Use the information from the video.

-have 2 pictures to represent your activities.

Make sure you color it and make it look nice.
