Growing Together

A series of workshops designed to increase positive communication between parents and daughters

Girls Incorporated's Growing Together program is a 4-5 session for parents and daughters to participate in together.  In Growing Together you will discuss the following topics:

• Early memories
• Communication Tips
• Puberty/Hygiene/Anatomy/Sexuality
• Conversation Openers
• HIV/AIDS-Risky Behavior
• Values

Growing Together believes that parents are primary educators of sexuality for their children.  Growing Together will give you the tools you will need to feel comfortable initiating conversation about such topics with your daughters.  You and your daughter are sure to enjoy this exciting and very interactive program.

Location:  Griffin Middle School

Dates:  Sept. 30th, Oct. 7th, 14th, 21th, and 28th

Time:  6:30pm to 8:30pm
