Blue classes - Thursday, November 13 - The classes worked on unpacking the standards to the first standard and element to be covered in studying the economic systems in SW Asia. We continued by working on a graphic organizer that covers the advantages and disadvantages of the market, command, and traditional economies. Students were also expected to turn-in the take-home quiz over the Governments of SW Asia. Those who did not turn it in are losing 10 pts per day it is late (a maximum of three days late is allowed). Parents, please check with your student to see if it was submitted.
Silver classes - Friday, November 14 - Please see information covered in blue classes. One difference is that the Silver classes have already been introduced to the new unit and the three economies. The students in Silver classes will complete the graphic organizer activity stated in the Blue days section and move on to how each answers the three fundamental questions of economics. The take-home quiz is due today! Don't lose points for being late.
